 摘要摘 摘 要据《中国自闭症教育康复行业发展状况报告》显示,目前中国自闭症患者已超1000 万,0 到 14 岁的儿童患病者可能就超过 200 万。我国自闭症儿童数量庞大,但是我国社会保险体系和医疗体系还不健全,自闭症儿童康复工作的重担基本上是由家庭承担。自闭症儿童照顾者与自闭症儿童朝夕相处,他们心理压力的大小直接关系到自闭症儿童康复治疗的效果。因此,调整好自闭症儿童照顾者的心理状态,缓解他们的压力,让他们以积极乐观的态度去面对自闭症儿童的康复治疗是至关重要的。本次研究主要运用优势视角理论和社会支持理论,采取问卷调查法、文献法、访谈法和参与式观察法,探索了小组工作介入 Q 市 X 自闭症康复中心自闭症儿童照顾者心理压力缓解的方法和效果。首先,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理压力问卷,调查了 Q 市 X 自闭症康复中心自闭症儿童照顾者的心理压力的状况,发现他们都存在程度较大的心理压力。其次,运用半结构访谈法了解他们心理压力较大的具体原因。接下来,选取六名心理压力较大的自闭症儿童照顾者开展“星星相惜”小组活动,在八次小组活动之后,对六名组员进行后测,结果显示小组成员的心理压力都有不同程度的缓解。由此看来,运用优势视角理论和社会支持理论开展缓解自闭症儿童照顾者心理压力的小组活动,帮助他们建立起社会支持网络,对于缓解他们的心理压力具有明显的优势。但是在小组活动开展过程中出现了组员时间难协调,抵制情绪大,组员的需求考虑不全面,组员参与持续性不足,心理状况容易反复等问题,需要采取加大宣传力度,加强社会工作方法和理论的综合运用,提高社会工作者和机构服务人员的专业素养,链接社工机构资源等措施加以调整。关键词:小组工作;自闭症儿童;照顾者;心理压力

 AbstractAbstractAccording to the report on the development of China"s autism education andrehabilitation industry, at present, there are more than 10 million people with autism inChina, and there may be more than 2 million children aged 0 to 14 years old with autism.98.7% of the population has no effective rehabilitation training. The social insurancesystem and medical system in China are not perfect, and the burden of rehabilitation forautistic children falls on the family. The caregivers of autistic children get along withautistic children day and night, their psychological pressure directly affects the effect ofrehabilitation treatment of autistic children. Therefore, it is very important to adjust thepsychological state of the caregivers of autistic children, relieve their pressure and letthem face the rehabilitation treatment of autistic children with a positive attitude.This study mainly uses the advantage perspective theory and social support theory toexplore the methods and effects of group work involving in the psychological stress reliefof autistic children caregivers in X autistic rehabilitation center of Q city. First of all,through the self-assessment of anxiety (SAS), self-assessment of depression (SDS), andpsychological stress questionnaire, we investigated the psychological stress of thecaregivers of autistic children in X autistic rehabilitation center of Q City, and found thatthey all had a greater degree of psychological stress. Secondly, we use semi-structuredinterviews to understand the specific reasons of their psychological stress. Next, sixautistic children caregivers with high psychological pressure were selected to carry outthe "star sparing" group activity. After eight group activities, the post-test was conductedon six members of the group, and the results showed that the psychological pressure ofthe members of the group was relieved to varying degrees. From this point of view, it hasobvious advantages to carry out group activities to relieve the psychological pressure ofthe caregivers of autistic children and help them establish a social support network.However, in the process of group activities, there are some problems such as difficultcoordination of group members" time, strong resistance, incomplete consideration ofgroup members" needs, lack of sustainability of group members" participation, and easyrepetition of psychological conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen publicity,strengthen the comprehensive application of social work methods and theories, improvethe professional quality of social workers and service personnel, and link social workinstitutionsAdjust resources and other measures.Key words: group work; autistic children; caregivers; psychological stress
